Our Origin Story

Every great idea starts with a simple spark—and ours was no different. In 2008, our founder, D. A. Lee, created DAL Consulting, LLC out of frustration: the lack of practical, actionable solutions available to businesses facing complex challenges. With a background in finance, marketing, operations, and process improvement, she realized that many firms out there focused on broad strategies, but few were truly invested in making those strategies work for businesses at every level.

Driven by this insight, she set out to create a consulting firm that didn’t just talk the talk but walked the walk.
